Track & Field

The US Sports Institute Track & Field program is open to children aged 5-12 looking to build endurance and strength as well as improve balance and coordination. Using age-appropriate equipment - including hurdles and javelins - players will develop their techniques in running, jumping, and throwing.

USSI's Track & Field program is appropriate for first time participants or for those with some experience looking to gain a strong foundation in the sport.

Duration: Weekly classes & week long summer camps
   
Times: Typically 1 hour sessions; summer camps run up to 3.5 hours
