Every location shall start at 10am with a 1 hour presentation followed by 3 hours of 'field activities' consisting of games, sports and coaching sessions.

You will be greeted by  Andrew Pearce - Regional Director of Recruitment for the United Soccer Academy and the US Sports Institute and other staff members from the US.

We will spend the majority of the time on the field in a coaching setting. Please wear comfortable, warm sports clothing as we will be outside in all locations. 

Yes. All candidates will be involved in small group sessions. They will each have the opportunity to lead and take part in these sessions. The layout of the field activities will begin with some icebreaking games to encourage you all to get to know each other and feel comfortable. These will be followed by small group sessions where you will be placed in a group. Our staff will be moving within the groups to evaluate individuals and groups to see what they can bring to the table!
