Flag FootballThe US Sports Institute Flag Football program offers an incredible opportunity for any future American Football star to learn and enhance their skills in all areas of this great American tradition throughout the summer, and year round. Every NFL player had to start small and learn the fundamentals. Flag football lets your child learn the rules and basic skills of the game in a safe, fun environment. Open to children of all ability levels, USSI flag football will focus on individual techniques and more importantly fun! Boys and girls will have a great time learning to catch, throw, and run with the football and will soon move on to learn patterns and plays for both offense and defense.
