Summer Sports CampsWhat to Bring

For all camps, children are required to arrive in sports appropriate clothing and footwear. For soccer camps children are encouraged to wear cleats. During the summer months, please ensure your child arrives with adequate sun protection i.e. cap and sunscreen.

Lunch is not provided on any USSI program, therefore every child should arrive with a bagged lunch and snacks (time will be given during all programs for snack and lunch break)

WATER: All children should arrive to camp with enough drinking water to last the day.  At some locations, USSI is unable to have access to a supply of drink water to refill bottles. We recommend that that every child bring at least 4 liters (400 Fl Oz) of water to a full day camp (6 hours). Many children run out of water, you can never give them too much.

Unlike other sports camps and programs ALL sports equipment is provided on a USSI program.  The only exception to this is the USSI Tennis camp, where children are required to provide their own racket.  If your child is attending a US Sports Institute Lacrosse or Field Hockey camp, they are more than welcome to bring their own stick. Children attending the Field Hockey camp should wear shin guards.

The site Coordinator should be made aware of any physical limitations.
