USSI Multi
Sports camps are dedicated to the truly sports minded
youngster. During the week children will have the opportunity
to experience over 15 different sports from around the world,
group building games and fun activities. |

Sport Camp Schedules:
Half Day
Camp
Ages 5 to 7. (Typically 9am-1pm) |

The
Half Day Multi Sports camp gives our younger
participants the opportunity to experience over 12
sports in a week. Campers will receive technical
instruction in each sport and will then experience the
sport in a realistic game situation. After lunch
(typically 11:30 am–Noon) all campers will participate
in the USSI Olympic Games and World Cup. |

Full Day Multi Sports camp offers campers the
chance to experience many additional sports and daily
sports challenges in addition to the entire sports line
up of the half day camp. This is the true sports camp
experience with so much to do in so little time!

Sport Camp Schedules:
Sports Squirts
Camp
(1.5 hours per day) -
Ages 3-5 |
|
A great way to introduce children aged 3 to 5 to the sports of
soccer, basketball, softball hockey and Lacrosse.
Sessions take place in a safe structured environment and sports
are played through a series of games and activities designed to
ensure learning and most importantly fun, fun, fun.
No previous experience is required in any of the sports to
participate. All the sports promote hand-eye co-ordination,
motor skills, group participation and communication skills. |

Field Hockey
(2-3 hours per
day) - Ages 7-14
|

The USSI Field
Hockey camp is ideal for players and teams wishing to learn or
develop in this increasingly popular sport. Campers will be
taken through all phases of the game, thoughtfully integrating
technical and tactical components in a fun, innovative way.
Skills covered
on the clinic throughout the week will be as follows: Ball
Control, Dribbling, Push Passes and Drives, Shooting, Stick
Skills, Flicks and Lifts, Dodging, Special Situations, Team
Tactics (Offensive and Defensive), Rules of the game. Players will
grouped by age, playing ability and experience level. No
previous experience playing field hockey is required to attend
the camp |

Beginner
Lacrosse
(2-3 hours per day) -
Ages 7-14 |
|
Beginner Lacrosse players will have great fun learning this
exhilarating game. Fast paced and full of action, Lacrosse is a
unique combination of skill, speed, agility and finesse. The
USSI Lacrosse camp is ideal for beginners players no previous
Lacrosse experience is necessary.
Skills covered on the clinic throughout
the week will be as follows:
Stick handling, Cradling, Scooping,
Throwing, Catching, Shooting, Dodging and many more fundamental
techniques and skills.
Players will
grouped by age, playing ability and experience level. No
previous experience playing lacrosse is required to attend the
camp. |

Tennis
(2-3 hours per
day) - Ages 7-14 |
|
The USSI Tennis clinic will teach children the basic
fundamentals in the number one racket sport. Skills covered on the clinic throughout
the week will be as follows:
Hand/eye Coordination, Ball
Control, Forehand, Backhand, Volley, Serve, Smash, Court
Movement, Footwork, Spin Shots.
The camp is ideal for players of a beginner to intermediate
level. Children must provide their own racket for this
clinic. |

Cricket (2-3 hours per
day) - Ages 7-18 |
|
Finally get the chance to learn this sport, popular in many
countries around the world. Cricket is growing day by day in
the USA, it is an exciting sport, easy to learn and fun to
play. The USSI cricket camp give children a structured insight
into the sport in a fun relaxed atmosphere.
Campers will be guided through all technical areas of the game
through fun drills and activities and always finishing with the
USSI cricket World Cup!
Skills covered on the clinic throughout
the week will be as follows:
Batting, Bowling, Fielding, Ball
handling, Positioning, Rules of the game. |

Basketball

The
USSI Basketball camp is ideal for children who want to develop their
skills in a relaxed and fun environment. The focus of the camp is to
improve the individual’s technique through a series of fun basketball
challenges and drills. Skills covered during the week are dribbling,
passing, shooting and movement. Realistic game situations will be
covered in small sided games, with the week finishing with the USSI
Super Hoops tournament. |

Golf
(2-3 hours per
day) - Ages 5 and up |
|
Using a revolutionary new system, the USSI golf camp is the ideal
way to introduce youngsters to the game of Golf. Children will learn
all the basic golf techniques such as the swing, grip and ball
striking using unique and fun training methods. Children will
experience greater success using the larger balls and club heads
which allows them to strike the ball more easily and consistently
and increase their confidence and enjoyment of the game of Golf. |

Touch Rugby
(2-3 hours per
day) - Ages 7-18 |

The Touch
Rugby camp provides a wonderful introduction to the game of Rugby. This
is a non contact sport, where children will learn all the basic skills
required in this enthralling sport. Areas covered throughout the week
will include: running with ball, passing, handling techniques, kicking
and basic rules and tactics of the game. Steeped in rich tradition
across the globe, this camp will provide hours of fun to all that
participate. |

Volleyball (2-3 hours per
day) - Ages 5 and up |

The USSI Volleyball
clinic is for players from novice to intermediate level.
Participants will receive coaching and instruction in all volleyball
fundamentals and some tactical areas. No matter what skill level
the child is at, they will walk away from this camp more confident
in their individual skill base. Development is emphasized in the
following areas: hitting, spiking, setting, serving, team attack and
defense. |

The USSI Flag Football Clinic offers an incredible opportunity
for any future football star to learn and enhance their skills
in running, catching, passing, blocking. Open to children of all
ability levels, the camp will focus on individual techniques and
more importantly fun. The week finishes with the USSI Superbowl! |
